Questions principals ask
- Do my agents pay anything?
- No. Every agent with a seat is covered by your subscription and gets the whole plan. You pay for the plan, and for any seats beyond the 10 included.
- Can I read my agents’ enquiries?
- No. An enquiry goes to the agent who listed the property, and each agent answers their own. You see how many each one gets and how quickly they respond.
- What happens when an agent leaves?
- Their listings move to you. When you remove someone yourself, you choose who on the team takes their listings over.
- We’re one office with a few listings. Do we need this?
- Only for more than 100 listings, or to run a team under one brand. Premium Partner has the same placement and gold pins for $269/mo.
- Can agents already on the site join?
- Yes. An agent belongs to one brokerage at a time, so joining yours means leaving any other team and ending a subscription of their own first.
- What if we stop?
- Your agents go back to Free along with you. Listings above the free 3 are hidden, not deleted, and come back when you subscribe again.
