About a specific property
Use the enquiry form on the listing itself. It goes straight to the agent or owner marketing that property, who knows it and can answer about price, viewings and availability. We cannot answer those — we do not represent either side of a sale.
To report a listing
Every listing has a Report this listing link. That reaches our moderation queue directly, no account needed, and the lister is not told who reported them. It is faster than email, and what happens next is set out in the listing rules.
Everything else
Email [email protected] — accounts, billing, refunds, press, or anything the routes above do not cover. We aim to reply within two working days.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, see the privacy policy, which sets out what we hold and the rights you have. Send requests to [email protected].
