Listings stay with the brokerage
When an agent leaves, their listings move to you. When you remove one, you choose who on the team takes them over. Nothing walks out of the door with them.

Brokerage also puts your logo on every listing card. “Your Agency” is a sample; yours goes in from your account page.
A gold pin on the map
On Premium Partner and Brokerage, your listings' pins are a size up, with a gold ring and a soft glow that pulses a few times as the map loads. The fill still says sale or rent, the way every pin does.
Open one and it says “Promoted”, so buyers know why it stands out.
How seats work
The team is managed from the Team page on your dashboard. You're the master admin, and you don't take a seat.
10 agents included
Every seated agent is covered by your subscription. They can't be charged for a plan of their own while they're on your team.
Extra seats at $35/mo, or $350/yr
Add them whenever you need them. More seats are charged now for the rest of the period; fewer are credited at your next renewal. A seat in use can't be removed until its agent leaves.
Invite by email
An invitation holds a seat for 14 days. The agent signs in, or creates an account, with that address and accepts — they need nothing from you but the email.
Buyers reach your agents directly
Each listing shows the agent's own phone and email under your brokerage's name, and enquiries go to the agent who listed it.
One brokerage per agent
An agent can belong to one team at a time. Joining yours means leaving any other, and ending a subscription of their own first.
If the plan ends
Your agents go back to Free along with you. Listings above the free 3 are hidden, not deleted, and come back when you subscribe again.

Your dashboard shows each listing's numbers side by side. Here's the kind of thing you'd see.

Paste it on your own site and it takes buyers straight to your profile here. It's served live from us, so it's gold for as long as your plan is, and shows the blue check once you're verified. Pick the style that suits your site.

Questions
Do my agents pay anything?
No. Every agent with a seat is covered by your subscription and gets everything in Brokerage. You pay for the plan, and for any seats beyond the 10 included.
Brokerage or Premium Partner?
Choose Brokerage for more than 100 listings, for 50 photos a listing, or to run a team under one brand. The placement and gold pins are the same on both — if you're one agency with up to 100 listings, Premium Partner gets you them for $269/mo instead of $629/mo.
Is the Founding Member rate available?
No. The founding rate is for Professional and Premium Partner, and team accounts can't take a founding place. Yearly billing still gets you 2 months free.
Will we get more enquiries?
We can't promise a number, and won't invent one. What Brokerage changes is where your team's listings sit, how they look, and whose name is on them — and your analytics show you, agent by agent, where the views and enquiries are coming from and how quickly each agent responds.

Either. Yearly costs 10 months' price for twelve — $6,290/yr instead of $7,548. On monthly billing you can switch to yearly from your dashboard at any time, and the unused part of your month is credited.
