The verified check goes to agents and owners we've actually checked — free on any paid plan, a refundable $26 review fee on the Free plan. No plan includes it as a feature, and no amount of spending obtains it, which is why buyers can trust it. A verified agent's website badge says so too.

Questions
Is it really free, for good?
Yes. Free is a plan, not a trial: there's no card to enter and no date it runs out. We make our money from paid plans and front-page placement — never from free accounts, and never from a commission on your sale.
Who can list?
Agents, and owners selling or renting their own property — one free account each. Every listing has to follow the listing rules — real properties, real prices, photos you have the right to use.
What if I have more than 3 properties?
Upgrade from your dashboard whenever you like — Professional takes 50 listings, and yearly billing gets you 2 months free. Compare every plan.
If I upgrade and later cancel, do I lose my listings?
No. Your account goes back to Free, and listings above the free 3 are hidden, not deleted — you pick which stay live, and the rest come back if you upgrade again.
Do buyers contact me directly?
Yes. They can send an enquiry from the listing, which comes to your inbox, or call and email you using the details on it. We don't sit between you and the buyer.
How do I get the verified check?
Apply from your dashboard once you've signed up. Free accounts pay a $26 review fee, refunded in full if you're not approved; every paid plan reviews free. It isn't sold on any plan — we grant it after checking you are who you say you are. What it means.
