What are gold pins?
On the map, Premium Partner and Brokerage listings get gold pins instead of the standard ones, with a halo that pulses a few times when the map loads. A cluster of listings turns gold when most of what's in it is gold. Every gold pin opens with a Promoted tag, so buyers know it's paid placement.
What do the market benchmarks compare?
Each listing's views over the last 30 days against the median for listings of the same property type in the same country. Within 10% either way reads as "about market" — so you can tell a listing that's being passed over from one in a quiet market.
Premium Partner or Brokerage?
Brokerage is for volume and teams: unlimited listings, 50 photos each, a master admin with 10 agent seats, and your brokerage's logo on every listing card. Its placement and gold pins are exactly the same as Premium Partner's. If you're one agency with up to 100 listings, Premium Partner gets you the same placement for $269/mo instead of $629/mo.
Will I get more enquiries?
We can't promise a number, and won't invent one. What Premium Partner changes is where your listings sit and how they look — top placement and gold — and the analytics show you, listing by listing, whether buyers are saving, calling and enquiring.
